By accessing or using the GridBoss Fantasy Sim Racing platform (the "Service"), including this website and our Discord bot integration, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GridBoss is a fantasy simulation game designed for racing leagues. It aggregates driver statistics, calculates performance-based market valuations, and tracks user scores. The Service is free to play and provided solely for recreational purposes.

3. Account Registration & Discord Integration

To play GridBoss, you must authenticate using your Discord account. The Service utilizes secure, single-use login passcodes generated via Discord slash commands. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your verification passcodes.
  • All activities performed under your fantasy manager account.
  • Ensuring your associated Discord profile complies with Discord's Terms of Service.

4. Gameplay Rules & Roster Limits

Managers must play in accordance with their league's specific settings. Standard rules include:

  • Starting budget constraints as configured by your league administrator.
  • A limit of 3 active driver signings per roster.
  • Roster modification limits (e.g. max 2 driver transfers per week) following draft finalization.
  • Prohibition of market manipulation, database exploitation, or scraping bypasses.

5. Content & Database Data

All racing performance data, driver names, statistics, and constructor details are scraped from public league sources or uploaded by league administrators. While we aim for high accuracy, GridBoss does not guarantee the error-free status of scoring, and administrators reserve the right to correct data errors or scoring miscalculations at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. In no event shall GridBoss, its developers, or its hosts be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in the fantasy league, server downtime, data loss, or bot connectivity failures.

7. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Your continued use of the website or bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
